The Community Hub at 82 Grimsby Road was the main base for Big Local North Cleethorpes from 2019. VANEL and Capacity Buildings Ltd also operate from 82 Grimsby Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Community Hub consists of the main building with a large meeting space and smaller offices and meeting spaces. There is also the Red Shed at the rear of the building (known to all as “Brocklebank Hall”) and there is a community pot garden space too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opening Hours<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The office is normally open Mon – Thur, 9am – 3.30pm.
Or the space can be open at different times for events and activities.
As a general rule, if the front shutters are up, then there is probably someone in the community hub and visitors are welcome.
If you’re trying to meet a particular person or staff member then it is recommended to make an appointment as the team can be in many different places!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Brocklebank Hall” – the Red Shed<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Named after our friend and colleague Ian Brocklebank who sadly passed away in December 2020. The Red Shed is a crafts and activities space at 82 Grimsby Road where many groups meet or workshops take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Community Garden<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A bit pot based, but our small garden spaces hosts meetings and events and is a space for volunteers and young people to tend to plants and learn about the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
