January 2025 was the end of the North Cleethorpes programme, so a Celebration Event was held to bring the journey to an end<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Sidney Sussex Pavilion, Cleethorpes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Big Local North Cleethorpes programme began way back in 2013. And the end of January 2025 marked the formal end of the programme too. So, on Saturday 25th January 2025 we held a “Celebration Event” back where it all started at Sidney Sussex Pavilion in Cleethorpes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refurbishment of the Pavilion was the very first major project that Big Local North Cleethorpes undertook. A major project that has left a legacy right to the end of the programme and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pavilion is now run by We Are Fish to serve the community, and it felt fitting to hold our final event there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was a very informal affair allowing those involved with Big Local at different times to meet, mingle and reflect on the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was also the launch of the final film prepared for Big Local and looking back over the whole 12 year journey. Watch the film here<\/a> or at bottom of this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
